Today we drove over an hour east to ride the Trail of the Hiawatha. It is a Rails-to-Trails. There were several tunnels. We needed lights, and most of them were wet. The longest one was 1.7 miles, and we had to ride it both going and coming. The total ride was about 17 miles long. We were shuttled back from the end of the trail by old school buses. Most of the trail was fairly rough, and most people rode mountain bikes.
